Affordable Holter Monitor Rental Options

We offer flexible rental periods to fit your needs:

7-Day Rental – $100 via Zelle ($150 Standard Pricing)

10-Day Rental – $150 via Zelle ($200 Standard Pricing)

14-Day Rental – $200 via Zelle ($250 Standard Pricing)

Discounted pricing is available only when the rental is paid entirely via Zelle. Split payments or partial payments made by other methods do not qualify for discounted pricing.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for shipping fees, which include both outbound and return shipping. Actual shipping charges will be confirmed prior to payment.

USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping – $80

• Estimated 2–3 business day delivery (excluding Sundays)

• Rental periods are based on the selected rental duration and are not extended for USPS transit delays.

• Signature confirmation upon delivery

• $2,000 insurance coverage

• USPS Prepaid return shipping label included

UPS Two-Day Air – $150

• Guaranteed 2-business day delivery (excluding Sundays)

• Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only

• UPS TWO-DAY AIR ONLY: For qualifying carrier-related delays, Arrowhead Dobermans will automatically extend the rental period at no additional charge.

• Failed delivery attempts resulting from no authorized recipient being available to sign for the package do not qualify as carrier-related delivery delays.

Each rental includes everything needed to perform a Holter study.

Returnable Equipment

• 1 Digital Alba Holter Monitor

• 1 Holter Monitor Cable

• 1 K9 Holter Vest (ML or L)

• 1 Holter Monitor Device Pouch

• 1 Holter Vest Belt

• 1 Memory Card per dog (when available)

• 1 Memory Card Reader

• Hookup Instruction Sheet

Consumable Supplies Included

The following items are included and do not need to be returned:

• Electrodes

• Self-Adhesive Bandage

• Adhesive Remover Wipes

• Battery

• Patient Diary

Additional Add-Ons

Each rental includes hookup supplies for one dog.

• Additional Dog Hookup Kit – $30 Per Dog

  • Additional hookup supplies may be added for customers testing multiple dogs during the same rental period.

• Additional Vest – $30

  • Each rental includes one vest. We currently offer ML and L vest sizes. Customers may request both sizes if desired.

Optional Holter Interpretation Services

For customer convenience, we offer optional Holter interpretation coordination services. Once testing is complete, we will upload and coordinate your Holter recording with a third-party interpretation provider on your behalf. All Holter interpretations are performed exclusively by independent third-party providers. Arrowhead Dobermans does not interpret Holter recordings and does not provide veterinary medical advice.

Canine Service Type I – $100

24-Hour Scan Interpretation

A certified technician manually reviews the recording and generates a detailed professional report with a PVC summary included on the cover page. Once completed, we will email the completed report to you.

Canine Service Type II – $160

24-Hour Scan Interpretation with Cardiologist Review

This service includes a cardiologist's interpretation and is typically required for OFA cardiac submissions unless your own cardiologist provides a comparable report.

Customers who previously purchased Type I service may later upgrade to Type II service for an additional $60.

Self-Submission Option

Customers who do not select an interpretation service are responsible for coordinating interpretation independently.

To avoid unnecessary rental delays, Holter recordings should be submitted for interpretation as soon as possible after the study is completed.

Payment & Security Deposit

A signed Rental Agreement is required before payment will be accepted.

All rentals require a fully refundable $500 Security Deposit. The deposit is refunded after all equipment has been returned, inspected, and verified to be free of damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Any applicable late fees, damage charges, replacement costs, or other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement may be deducted from the security deposit.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required for all rentals and must be kept on file throughout the rental period. To verify the card is active and authorized, a $1 non-refundable card verification charge will be processed prior to shipment. The card on file may be charged for amounts owed that exceed the security deposit.

Identity Verification

To help prevent fraud, protect customer information, and safeguard rental equipment, identity verification is required for all Holter monitor rentals. Prior to shipment, customers must provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport)

• A matching billing name and address for the card kept on file

• A shipping address that can be verified by Arrowhead Dobermans

Information provided for identity verification will be used solely for rental verification, fraud prevention, and contract enforcement purposes.

Arrowhead Dobermans reserves the right to request additional verification, decline a rental request, require shipment to a verified address, or require an alternate payment method if identity or payment information cannot be reasonably verified.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in cancellation of the rental request.

Important Notes

• The rental period begins on the date the equipment ships.

• Rental equipment remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been received and inspected by Arrowhead Dobermans.

• Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, malfunction, or damage occurring during the rental period.

• Rentals are not considered complete until all equipment has been returned, inspected, and any damages, shortages, or outstanding fees have been resolved.

• Late returns are subject to fees as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
